Elisir D'Amore Bitter 24 takes its name from a work of the famous composer Gaetano Donizetti from Bergamo. Bitter liqueur with a characteristic intense red color and a bitter taste, Elisir D'Amore comes from an infusion of herbs, roots and fruit and it is perfect to combine with other drinks to create cocktails.

Elisir D'Amore Bitter 24 is the basis of the Bergamo aperitif cocktail, the DONIZETTI SPRISS created by the barman Tony Foini to celebrate the composer Gaetano Donizetti and enhance the typical products of the territory of the province of Bergamo.
The recipe: In a wine glass with ice, pour half a bottle of San Pellegrino orange soda, 1/5 of Elisir D'Amore - Bitter 24, 1/5 of Bergamasco red wine. Finally decorate with a lemon peel and a sprinkle of cinnamon essence.
