Grappa IG (Geographical Indication) obtained from a careful distillation that selects grape marc from grapes produced and vinified by primary wineries, scattered on the hills of the Italian territory.
Grappa Pòta! Classica is produced in the town of Mapello, near Sotto il Monte, birthplace of Pope John XXIII, by the only distillery of grappa in the province of Bergamo and the largest in Lombardy. The Locatelli Fabrizio Distillery carefully follows all stages of production: from selection and storage of the marc, to distillation, bottling and distribution.
