Elisir D'Amore Bitter 24 is the basis of the DONIZETTI SPRISS cocktail aperitif, created by the barman Tony Foini of Le Iris to celebrate the composer Gaetano Donizetti and enhance the typical products of the territory of the province of Bergamo.
RECIPE
In a wine glass with ice, pour
- 1/2 bottle of San Pellegrino bitter orange soda
- 1/5 of Elisir D'Amore Bitter 24
- 1/5 of Bergamasco red wine.
Finally decorate with a lemon peel and a sprinkle of cinnamon essence.
